Study of the effect of personality traits on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of spirituality in the workplace

Abstract
Objective: The present study aimed to investigate the effect of personality traits on organizational citizenship behavior with the mediating role of spirituality in the workplace in the Management and Planning Organization and the General Directorate of Technical and Vocational Education of Kermanshah.
Methodology: This investigation is a practical sort which is done by the method of scaling by descriptive attitude. The statistical population of the study included 128 managers, deputies and experts. Data collection tools are standard questionnaires whose validity and reliability have been investigated and confirmed. SPSS 25 software was used to analyze the data. Structural equations were used to analyze the data using Amos software.
Results: The regression coefficients between the variables are higher than 0.279 and their significance level is less than 0.049. Also, the mediating effects of spirituality in the workplace among the other two variables according to the Bootstrap test are equal to 0.281 and its significance is 0.004, which is in the confidence interval of 0.95 out of the intervals. Given the findings of the study in order to increase behaviors beyond the role, it is necessary to pay attention to the personality traits of employees and spirituality in the workplace as variables affecting organizational citizenship behavior.
