Investigating the effective approaches on improving the quality in Kermanshah standard general office based on EFQM model

Abstract
Objective: In this project, an attempt has been made to use the organization excellence model for the Kermanshah Standard Office and while identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the organizational processes of the Kermanshah Standard Office, this organization should be evaluated according to the criteria of the 2013 EFQM model.
Methodology: The statistical community and the statistical sample of this project are the experts, managers and experts working in the mentioned office. In this study, a standard questionnaire of excellence model was used, the validity of which was also confirmed. The type of research is applied in terms of research purpose and descriptive and survey in terms of research method. Also, RADAR scoring logic was used to analyze the data.
Findings and Conclusion: The results of the analysis of the findings show that the performance score of the EFQM model in the Kermanshah Standard Office will be equal to 664.76, which is one of the scores of five criteria of enablers, leadership with a value of 80.68 out of 100, policy and Strategy with a value of 60.03 out of 100, people management with a value of 58.66 out of 100, partnerships and resources with a value of 55.33 out of 100, processes with a value of 68 out of 100, and also four criteria of results, i.e. customer results with a value of 0.06 99 out of 150, people results with a value of 52.5 out of 100, society results with a value of 72.5 out of 100 and finally key performance results with a value of 120 out of 150. In the end, strengths and vulnerabilities were presented along with solutions and suggestions.
