Abstract
The purpose of this article; Pathology, after the earthquake and the development of the urban physical and psychological fabric of the earthquake-affected areas of Kermanshah province, has been with a critical view. The research method of the study has been qualitative-field. The month of November 2016 was in three cities: Gilangharb, Sarpol Zahab and Salas Babajani. The statistical sample consisted of 30 people studied in the three mentioned cities. Field data through theoretical sampling and unstructured interviews, until theoretical saturation. (failure to achieve a new result) has been collected using the foundational data theory method in three coded groups (text, concept and category). Research findings; It shows that after four years of the earthquake phenomenon, nearly 85% of residential houses, educational, religious centers, workshops and shops in Sarpol Zahab, Salas Babajani and Gilangharb cities have been repaired and renovated, so that a new architecture and texture in the two cities Sarpol Zahab and Salas Babajani have been formed. Most of the households are in distress due to economic problems, unemployment during the earthquake and corona, repayment of construction loans, rents and burden of support. One of the most important factors after the crisis in any region is to pay attention to the spiritual reconstruction and a special look at the narrative of the survivors in the heart of the incident, which in these areas has been given less attention and the views after the earthquake have been more engineering, technocratic and physical than Narrative and cultural view.
