Abstract
The present research seeks to develop implementation and effective strategies for the purpose of building a nomadic tourism Eco-camp in the nomadic areas of Kermanshah province, emphasizing the strategic planning approach. In order to conduct this research, first, interviews and focused group discussions were conducted with 11 experts from the Department of Nomadic Affairs and the Department of Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism of Kermanshah province, as well as key and knowledgeable nomads of the province. The criterion for determining the sample size was reaching data saturation, and the purposeful snowball sampling method was used. In the second step, the data was analyzed using the technique of content analysis and SWOT analysis; Then, using the IE internal and external evaluation matrix to identify the regional situation and quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM), the strategies for creating and developing nomadic tourism Eco-camps in Kermanshah province were classified and prioritized. The results showed that in the nomadic areas of the province, strengths prevail over weaknesses in the internal environment, and opportunities prevail over threats in the external environment and aggressive strategy (SO) for establishing nomadic tourism Eco-camps in susceptible areas had a higher priority than other strategic patterns. Therefore, according to the research results, the nomadic areas of Kermanshah province have the ability to become tourist attractions and with planning according to the presented strategies, it can be introduced as a hub of nomadic tourism in the country.
