Abstract
In most of the production processes, the contribution of the productivity of production factors from the reserve and investment of resources and production factors in economic growth has been much higher, and basically due to the limitation of resources and production factors and the ever-increasing growth of needs, as well as the reduction of economic dependence and the development of trade and the increase in the level of well-being Socially, the available resources should be used optimally. In this research, using the information of Kermanshah province in the three areas of industry, agriculture and services in 1401 and benefiting from the opinion of experts in the three areas in question, both qualitative and quantitative research approaches have been used according to the type of data and conditions. First, by using the qualitative data obtained from exploratory studies, including the review of exploratory texts and conducting exploratory interviews, the factors affecting productivity in the mentioned sectors in Kermanshah province were identified, and then the research questions were answered by extracting the results of the survey in the form of quantitative data. After that, using the survey research method, experts' opinions about the factors affecting productivity in the agricultural, industrial and service sectors in Kermanshah province have been collected. After interviewing the experts and identifying the factors affecting productivity in the agricultural, industry and service sectors in Kermanshah province, the factors affecting productivity have been prioritized as follows from the questionnaire and the fuzzy Delphi method. According to the results, the quality of services and accuracy in the services provided, the availability of services, efficient organizational management, appropriate and fair payment, increasing job satisfaction of employees, merit selection in the organization are the first three priorities of the service sector. Striving to eliminate waste, applying management, comprehensive quality, continuous improvement are the first three priorities of the industry sector and improving the general and technical awareness of farmers, correct management of water resources and improving water consumption management in the agricultural sector are also the first three priorities of the agricultural sector.
