Abstract
Purpose: This present investigation was conducted with the aim to assess the central commitment role of human resource management in developing business value.
Method: This is an applied research that has been done by survey method and descriptively. The statistical population included 66 contractors, employers, engineers and consultants in the General Department of School Renovation in Kermanshah. The data collection tool is a checklist that was designed based on the opinion of experts and supervisors and articles and distributed among construction industry experts and relevant organizations. Kolmogorov-Smironov and Friedman tests were used to analyze the data. Then, the validity and reliability of the questionnaire were evaluated using Cronbach's alpha method.
Findings: The results of this study showed that among the five stimuli of human resource management, access to knowledge with an average of 3.52 has the highest level among stimuli and then leadership actions with an average of 3.42, learning capacity with an average 3.39, workforce optimization with an average of 3.20 and employee participation with an average of 3.09 are next, respectively.
