Examining the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of export of creative cultural industries in Kermanshah province

Abstract

The development of creative industries today has attracted the attention of cultural planners and entrepreneurs. In the meantime, it is very important to adopt a policy and strategy that can realize this development process. With these words, paying attention to the export of cultural creative industries can be a suitable strategy for the development of these cultural industries. Therefore, this research aims to examine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and strategies needed to realize the development of the export of creative cultural industries. The descriptive research method is a survey that uses a questionnaire to collect information. The statistical population consisted of 158 experts and cultural practitioners in various cultural fields. The sample was determined using Cochran's formula of 112 people. The random sampling method was simple. The technique used was SWOT The findings of the research show that according to cultural activists, the development of the export of creative industries is a suitable strategy and has a higher attractiveness than the non-export strategy. Also, the lack of copyright, lack of financial and credit resources and structural problems of the entrepreneurial sector that extends to the entrepreneurship of creative industries are among the main weaknesses and the existence of suitable target markets in neighboring countries, cultural history and experienced academic and non-academic activists among the strengths. Exports are creative cultural industries.
