Art earning methods for artists From the cultural market of Iraq

Abstract
Today, the economy of art is mostly referred to the business of creative industries or the business of cultural industries and the definition accepted by the United Nations considers arts and crafts, books, graphics and interior design works, fashion, film, music, and media as creative industries and services. This business has grown significantly in recent decades and is the fifth largest economic industry in the world. Therefore, it has a special place in the current world, in such a way that the cultural-artistic capitals of countries are considered a competitive advantage in the direction of their sustainable development.
In this study, taking into consideration the characteristics and abilities of Iranian artists and producers (especially Kermanshah’s artists) and the factors affecting the cultural market of Iraq, firstly, it was recognized and evaluated this market and then solutions and strategies in order to earn artistic income from this market, is presented.
So, in this study, the studied community includes artists, buyers of art industries, experts in the field of art in the province, and university Academic staff, from whom information has been collected through the distribution of questionnaires and structured interviews, and the method of analysis is the grounded theory method.
According to the background factors obtained from the coding results of the interviews, it is found that different infrastructures are needed to promote and develop the economy of art businesses in Kermanshah province, among these infrastructures are innovative infrastructures and technological, human-cultural infrastructures, legal-policy infrastructures, regulatory infrastructures, financial and production infrastructures,
