Investigating the relationship between employees' personality traits and organizational culture in Kermanshah Central Broadcasting

Abstract
The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between personality traits of employees and organizational culture in the Kermanshah Central Broadcasting Organization using a descriptive correlational research method. The statistical population of the study included the employees of the Kermanshah Broadcasting Organization in 1400, whose number is (550) people. The number of samples was selected based on the available sample and then the number of (100) people was determined by simple random sampling. The research tool was two standard questionnaires that were used to assess personality traits of the five-factor personality questionnaire including 15 items and organizational culture with Robbins questionnaire (1999) with 18 questions and its validity was determined by calculating Cronbach's alpha. Kolmogorov goodness test and Pearson correlation coefficient were analyzed. The results showed: 1. There is a direct relationship between employees' personality traits and organizational culture. 2. By recognizing the personality traits of employees, it is possible to identify the level of organizational culture in the Broadcasting Center.
