Abstract
Financing is one of the most important factors in the economic growth and development of countries, and ease of financing will provide the basis for economic leaps. Currently, the method of financing and preparing the necessary executive budget to exploit investment opportunities, especially in the field of industry, is one of the most important challenges facing countries, especially developing countries. Therefore, the main goal of this research is to analyze the types of financing methods for foreign investment in the industrial sector of Kermanshah Province. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach and using the directional content analysis method. The study population of this research included all experts in the field of the subject under study. Purposeful snowball sampling was used to select participants. Sampling continued until data saturation was reached, that is, until no new data was found. In this research, data saturation was achieved through interviews with 15 samples. Data collection was done through interviews, notes-taking, document review, or often a combination of these methods. Reliability was achieved through triangulation technique. The findings showed that the most important methods of financing foreign investment in the industrial sector in Kermanshah province included foreign direct investment (FDI), public-private partnership (PPP), international loans, electronic bills of exchange, factoring, certificates of deposit, guarantee funds, issuance of debt securities, Build-operate-transfer (BOT) contracts, sale of shares to foreign investors, venture capital, and step bonds. This research provides practical suggestions for planners and policymakers in the field of financing and exploitation of investment opportunities.
