The present study was conducted with the aim of compiling a strategic roadmap for the development of Kermanshah province's industry. This research is applied in terms of its results and explanatory-descriptive in terms of its purpose. The research method is mixed (quantitative-qualitative) and the researcher acted independently of the research process. Due to the multidimensional nature of the subject, a descriptive-survey method was used to describe the conditions and an exploratory-interview and library study method was used to delve into the depth of the problem. The statistical population includes registered information, economic agents, managers and experts of government organizations and private enterprises related to industrial development. The data collection tools include library methods, questionnaires and interviews, and the reliability of the tool has been assessed in the qualitative part through test-retest and in the quantitative part with correlation coefficient and Cronbach's alpha. The findings and conclusions of this study showed that the preparation and compilation of the industrial roadmap of Kermanshah province is a multidimensional and intertwined phenomenon that is composed of administrative-institutional, socio-cultural, and economic-financial factors.
