Abstract
The present study aimed to identify and prioritize innovative facilitation methods and their impact on sustainable employment for beneficiaries of the Welfare Organization. In terms of data collection, this research was descriptive; in terms of purpose, it was applied-developmental; and in terms of methodology, it was mixed-method. The qualitative part was conducted using content analysis, while the quantitative part employed the Fuzzy Delphi technique with a screening and prioritization approach. The study population included welfare experts and related organizations involved in facilitation, faculty members with relevant education and experience, and beneficiaries covered by the Welfare Organization in Kermanshah Province. Data collection tools in the qualitative part consisted of semi-structured interviews, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire derived from the qualitative findings was used. The results of coding led to the identification of 82 innovative facilitation methods, categorized as follows: 1. Educational and empowerment support 2. Employment support and assistance, 3. Legal and financial support , 4. Support through modern technologies 5. Public awareness, 6. Political and legal support (protective laws, policies supporting entrepreneurship for the disabled, encouraging the employment of beneficiaries), 7. Support through collaboration with various organizations. The effectiveness of 77 methods was confirmed by participants, while 5 methods were rejected and did not pass the Delphi screening.
